We offer two distinct types of eye exams: Routine Eye Exams and Medical Eye Exams.
We strongly advise annual, comprehensive Routine Eye Exams for a full health check of your eyes. This enables us to determine the strength of your vision and any correction needed with the help of glasses and/or contacts. By visiting an eye doctor yearly, individuals can receive preventative care to address any vision or eye problems and detect underlying health conditions.

Contact Lenses
When obtaining a prescription for contact lenses, it's important to note that it differs from a regular prescription for glasses. During your exam, we'll assess your overall eye health to determine the best lens option. Additionally, measurements will be taken to ensure proper sizing.

Myopia Control
Myopia is a very common condition, also known as nearsightedness (when individuals are able to see objects that are close to them but may have difficulty distinguishing things at a distance.) Although it is a common condition, it can be associated with more threatening eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and retinal detachment. While there is no known cure for myopia at the moment, leaders in the eye care field are searching for ways to decelerate its progression in children and young adults as the eyes endure more rapid development during this period.
Some solutions to help with myopia control include Ortho-K contact lenses, Atropine eye drops, and Misight contact lenses. Ortho-K or Orthokeratology is a practice that uses a special type of contact lens worn overnight to gently reshape the eye. Atropine eye drops help to relax the eye muscles and prevent strain, while Misight contact lenses aim to reduce strain on the eyes.

Dry Eye Management
